Geweldige locatie met parkeren en geweldig personeel

Een perfecte locatie en heel schoon het parkeren van de auto is voor 6, euro p dag voor het hotel op straat maar heel veilig op maandag moet je de auto tussen 20.00-22.00 even verplaatsen naar een andere straat dan doet de gemeente namelijk de straat schoon spuiten haal je de auto niet weg krijg je een boete van 40, euro het klinkt lastig maar is toch heel makkelijk om even in de middag de auto te verplaatsen en s'avonds terug te zetten! Het ontbijt is mega uitgebreid met het eitje met spek na wens a la minute vers bereid top! Maar het aller beste is toch wel her personeel zo ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk je voelt je helemaal thuis een dikke opsteker voor het personeel! Her dak terras is een leuk en je kunt je fietsen in een aparte afgesloten berging opbergen overal is aan gedacht een dikke 10.

La struttura è un po’ datata come stile ma ben tenuta, pulizia perfetta, gentilezza e disponibilità personale elevata. Il ristorante ottimo e comodo averlo in albergo invece che andare fuori a ristoranti di livelli decisamente inferiore

The bread was dry and hard, too many cereals.

The entire hotel was spotless and the staff was very polite and helpful.

I didn't really care too much for breakfast.

A lovely place to return to from our day trips around the area by train . (Lucca 20min , Oisa 20min )

The owners were so helpful and professional . The availability of utube for news from Australia and Netflix was really important to us . 🤗 In such a small , family run Hotel , that was a real bonus and the owners went out of their way to make it work . Thank you . Breakfast was also fantastic 🤗 Coffee wonderful . We had a balcony room that we could see the Sea 🤗 Thank you for making our stay so lovely .

Viareggio - the perfect sandy beach resort

Excellent location in the heart of Viareggio town with close access to restaurants and bars, and the fabulous sandy beach for which the area is famous. The hotel is just down a side street which means it is quiet, but conveniently close to the main road. We arrived by train and took a taxi to the hotel (5mins, €15) Our room was on the 4th floor (75 steps - or a lift) and had a small balcony and a large window looking towards the west, and the sea 200 m away. It was clean with ensuite bathroom. Slightly awkward shower if I'm being picky. Friendly and helpful reception, good breakfast with a bacon-and-eggs option. It looked to have a good restaurant, although we didn't use it.

Would come again!

The breakfast was fantastic. Our only issue was the room, which was very small for three people.I think I must not have read the description carefully enough. Otherwise, the place was great.

Bigger room. Otherwise, we loved it. Great town, lovely staff, very helpful, and very nice waiters at breakfast.

Just like a summertime dream!

Above and beyond expectations, spectacular stay in this family-owned and -operated hotel! Apart from the location, which could only get marginally better in much more expensive hotels, being a mere street crossing away from the beach, this property is beautifully taken care of, impeccably clean (special mention should be made of the cleaning maids, who were both charming, incredibly efficient and extremely thorough), and features a top-tier restaurant on the ground floor. We were even offered hours d'oeuvre for dinner! Breakfast is also really good, both salty and sweet, and scrupulously taken care of in the most covid-friendly way possible by the staff in order to minimize risks - very much appreciated during these times, when in other places the application of these rules is much laxer. Even though breakfast was served on the ground floor at this time due to the extra staffing needed for the covid rules, there is a fantastic 5th-floor rooftop terrace with loungers to sunbathe, tables and chairs under a huge deployable sunshade... I teleworked from there, and the panoramic view of the mountains and the sea together was awe-inspiring. The room itself was great, large enough and with an enormous balcony. It was a first floor, so you did get to hear the occasional noisy passer-by, but the street is quiet at night and early morning, so a good rest is guaranteed. Finally, the owners were so gracious as to not only allow us a late check-out without even asking, but also use of the room during the afternoon since we were going to the beach, in case we wanted a shower before departing Viareggio. Truly kind and unexpected, thank you!
