It felt like a home away from home. The apartment was lovely and just what we needed, and we really enjoyed the rooftop and jacuzzi. We also loved the thoughtful breakfast surprise left outside our door on the first morning.
We were invited to the sister hotel, Hotel London, for a buffet, which was a lovely experience. It had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was nice to be around other guests. We were greeted by the owner and made to feel very special and welcome
Considering the high price we paid for three nights, I was disappointed by some of the additional charges. Fresh towels required an extra payment, which surprised me as other hotels I have stayed in normally provide fresh towels as part of the stay.
I was also disappointed that we had to pay extra for access to the beach. I wasn’t expecting this and, considering the price of our stay, I felt beach access should ideally have been included. Having to pay for these smaller extras made me feel uncomfortable and affected the overall value for money.
I would also have happily paid to have breakfast at the sister hotel, Hotel London, as we really liked the atmosphere there, but I felt that this wasn’t really an option for us.
We also struggled with the local dining choices, as many places seemed to offer very similar food. More recommendations and advice from the property about different restaurants and places to eat would have been really helpful during our stay.

A well designed and excellently implemented and maintained apartment. Bed was large and comfortable. Aircon had good control. TVs had some English content and YouTube. All of the staff from reception to cleaning staff were both friendly and professional. The terrace was a great space to chill out. In every way the stay was a good experience.
A small reading light was only available on one side of the bed. That's about all - everything else was great.
