Good place to stay if you're doing business at the Army Base, close to town.

Location was perfect just outside the pedestrian gate of the Base and close enough to the train station to walk.

A little expensive for a modest hotel.

Overall very satisfied.

Very friendly staff and definitely a good quality/price/service ratio. Excellent location for my needs and budget.

The only real complaint that I have was there was no soap in the room's bathroom. Breakfast was ok but could have been better and one or two cable news program in the room would have been nice.

Great hotel with access to base in under 10 minutes

The entire staff were terrific! They allowed us to check in a bit early, kept our luggage stored in a locked area so we could attend an event after check-out. Location is handy, if you need to be close to the military base. Breakfast was mostly breads/rolls/desserts, with some yogurt and cereals. One of the best Gelato places is just a 2 minute walk across the street.

The decor of the building is very dated... more 1970's, so if you are expecting modern, you won't find it here.

Space was excellent for the family, and we appreciated the crib, it was the perfect size for our son who is 12mos. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and the customer service was excellent. I also liked the security and key entry. The hotel was stroller and wheelchair accessible which is unique in the area. We were walking distance from 4-5 restaurants, most open until 10pm. Very close and accessible to Caserma Ederle, 5min driving either direction which was convenient for the reason of my visit

Parking space could be improved , just because it is next to a busy street. However, we found a space each time.

I think the location was the best. Everything I needed was within walking distance & bus/train

Breakfast was fine. I enjoyed my daily coffe with the croissant.

Great for those going to the Army Base.

Easy access to the US Army Garrison base where I had an appoint. VERY clean! Excellent front desk staff: pleasant and helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions, taxis, general & miscellaneous information. Safe area for walking to restaurants. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Comfortable bed; very clean room; good shower with hot water & good water pressure; self service laundry machines for those who need them.

There was nothing I disliked.

I came to visit my son who is station there. very close to base

the staff was absolutely super helpful, the room was nice and had a huge balcony. very close to base, and only took 2 min walk to be there.

Such a clean hotel, perfectly lovely. The price was incredible. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Perfect location. I am happy to say that I enjoyed my stay.

Clean and efficient

Standard Italian hotel...clean and functional. I guess a lot of business is from nearby US military base. Extra points for having a microwave and an iron in the room. Secure bike rack in street across from hotel for fellow bike travellers.

Convenient when you have a car. Free parking. Breakfast at 7 euros good value. CNN on tv.

Rooms and shower too tiny. Bed too small. I fell off during the night. Everything very claustrophobic.

Great, friendly hotel in a convenient location

The staff were very warm and welcoming and the neighborhood is conveniently close to the base and to good restaurants like il Fauno and Bar Sport.

Hotel Mary in Vicenza is a quite respite for a weary traveler.

The breakfast was very good. Loved having a cappuccino in the morning. The buffet included American and Italian foods.
