Staff are very nice. It's a great budget hotel close to a good part of Vicenza. That's all I was looking for for a one night stay.

The location is very good, just next to a beautiful park and the city centre. The room was spacious enough and bright.
The elevator was very slow and small. The breakfast not so rich. The room was generally clean but there was times I found long hair in the bed linens and the floor. The room soundproofing...could be enhanced for sure.
