The hotel looked recently renovated, and everything was as expected for a hotel with this rating. I saw some poor reviews which are underserved. The room was great, comfortable, clean and very spacious. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options, and the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. It is a 15-minute walk to the city centre, and we never felt unsafe walking there, though it looked like an older part of the outer city. Parking is available, so you can travel by car and stay outside the ZTL.

very clean and good breakfast
actually the booking info was not clear and I booked a suite but it was not necessary. the info about the room said it’s for 2 adults.

Right from the time of check in my lights in the room and bathroom were not working and kept going off. Very dim lighting in the room. The staff is wonderful and very helpful but the hotel needs an upgrade
