Fabulous location, very helpful staff and the car was taken car of.

Good range of food for breakfast, breads, cheeses, fruit salads, cakes... Coffee made freshly and well.
Very cramped room, especially in bathroom. Hard to get into the shower space (I am not a large person!) with little space to put down toiletries etc. V. cold on arrival, heating system hard to understand.

The breakfast options were varied and healthful.
Croissants and caffe were outstanding.
The location was on the main walking path to the attractions in Vicenza.
The staff were helpful to recommend dining options and locations nearby
The room was noisy due to the main street.
Shower took time to adjust the temperature.
Nothing else was troubling to us.

Location was excellent.
The room had a moldy smell. Every time someone flushed a toilet or showered upstairs it felt like the water was rushing through my walls. So loud. Found hairs on a towel. Also the hallway was roo noisy because of all the hard surfaces.
