The pool area, food, the room.
The hotel needed a ballroom for night activities. The shows in the evening were very loud. Some people couldn't rest or sleep until midnight, especially those with children.

The rooms were a perfect size extremely clean, great size bathroom and shower, amazing view of the pool facilities and the beach from the balcony. The location was perfect no taxis needed and a handful of great restaurants just outside the hotel.
Staff always smiling and helpful if you needed anything. We used the breakfast facilities on the last day and it was great!

Hotel had a great location. Good proximity to beaches, dive and surf schools!
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Adults only pool was a great addition and we enjoyed the spa.
The food in the restaurants was fine but sometimes a little lacking.
The entertainement was a little much sometimes, we wanted to relax in peace by the pool and the animation was disturbing, and in the evening it would go late.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, straight onto the coastal walkway and I had a lovely view of the sea from my balcony.
The breakfast hall felt like a school dinner canteen so I only went once. The evening entertainment kicked off just after 8, very loud and was situated below my balcony. Fine if you have children but not ideal for a solo adult traveller. Hotel felt like an old dated vegas hotel, the carpets in the corridors could do with a hoover once in a while.
