Everything! Location in particular was brilliant, pool was clean and big enough that it never felt crowded! Couldn’t fault the hotel!

The location was excellent, close to all attractions and 5 minutes walk to the Golden Mile and 5 minutes walk to the stunning beach and sunsets with lots of restaurants
The only negative was that there was some mould in our room near the air conditioning unit and on the wall at the back of the shower

Great location less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops. Room was a great size we shared a room of 3 adults and it was spacious enough for us all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean all of the time. We were bed a breakfast and there was plenty to choose from.

Location was good, staff was really nice, and the hotel entertainment was good. Great variety of food.
the all inclusive dissappointed but it was fair for the price though.
Both pools were cold, this kind of all-inclusive was you pour your drink on your own, is not it. I want people to make the drinks for me. The drinks in the machines are not as good as when a person makes them.
No ice cream after 6 for the kids, although it said on the hotel site that the ice cream was available until 10 in the evening. had to pay for popcorn and other stuff.
Have heated pools and people mix the drinks and then the stay is deff worth it.
