Fine hotel near centre

Good location. Nice spacious room and very clean. Nice staff, lady at the counter offers service with a smile.. Parking garage very comfortable

Price slightly higher than booked. Maybe tourist tax...?

Overall a very comfortable and great hotel. Silent, comfortable and spacious, clean and attentive staff.

The only thing that could be much improved was the breakfast which I would not have again. Everything felt old, nothing fresh to eat, things were soggy and dry not like they were fresh from the morning but had been there a couple of days already. There was not much to choose from either.

Checking in was simple and greeting upon arrival was exceptional. the staff are great and always have a smile. Located close enough to the main centre to walk everywhere. Room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The showers are also great!!!

The room was very clean and warm and the bathroom was large.

Passable

It was cheap and available at the last moment.

I wanted an extra pillow and was told it is impossible. I wanted a blanket as we did not get one. It took two trips down to the reception toger it. The twals were of awful quality. It was not an experience I would expect in a 4 star hotel.

The room was comfortable and the neighbourhood very peaceful, we could sleep without any trouble. Great location and nice staff.

There's something I think is impractical and can be dangerous. The faucet of the shower was right on the other side of the shower head. It made for a very awkward shower, plus it's extremely easy to trip and fall.

Loved the staff they were very helpful and friendly, went above and beyond. Room was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food.

Breakfast wasn't great. We asked for towels, blankets and pillows and they werent able to find extra ones.

Unable to access rooms due to keys constantly not working. Nobody at desk to give keys. Really frustrating and annoying. Staff rude and unhelpful. Staff also removed my clothing from my room in the middle of my stay. Horrible hotel horrible staff. Rubbish and expensive breakfast.

In the city centre, nice walk-in shower, extra long beds. friendly staff. Hotel parking is good and safe, with access to the elevator, but small and have a steep slope.

Parking outside can be a problem.

Great price to quality ratio for the purpose of the stay, which was just a night stop on a car ride. Standard simple 4 star hotel features, confortable, clean and pleasant. Not fancy but nice.

No complaints.
