Très bien

Vue sur la mer au top, nous prenions le petit-déjeuner au balcon, logement pratique cool.

La piscine était sale, l’insonorisation des murs (on entendait vraiment tout), le ménage et les lits n’étaient pas fait digne d’un hôtel. Les serviettes n’étaient pas propres (tâches). Besoin de rénovation sur tous les sujets.

Actually it was really ok for the price and the staff is very friendly.

We arrived early in the morning. It was possible to have your baggage checked. People of the reception are very understanding and helpful. We had a room with no working AC and since the technician was not available we were rebooked to another room the next day. During our stay it was very hot and humid in Ibiza and a working AC is necessary. The service at the bar of the pool is very nice, they are very friendly and do their best to accomodate you during your swims. Beds and umbrella's are available and toilets are available at the reception and they are cleaned regularly during the day. The breakfast is really ok for its price. There is a nice shop next to the hotel that has a lot to offer and is open almost 24/7 with some nice house music on the background, so if you come home from a night out you can get some fresh drinks. During the day there is some animation and they do a really good job.

The pictures on the website seem a bit dated (for example the pools fountain no longer works and you can see the pool has had a long life, but they clean it every morning very thoroughly, so it is clean, please note the water is salty). Getting a taxi at a certain moment during the day can be very difficult and frustrating. Ask your hotel in time to call some taxi and wait in front of the door, because stopping taxi's on the street is a pain in the ass. We booked 4 rooms (if you book 2 rooms you won't have to pay an advance) so we were asked to already pay a percentage of our stay, if we were to annulate our stay we would have lost this money. When I book through booking I am used to not pay in advance and generally like it that way more, but I kinda understand. During the booking process you had to find this information at the very end and I overlooked this information during the booking process. It was only after the booking process I was contacted by Vibra to pay the advance through a link on Vibra's own website, not through booking.com. This felt sketchy at first, so I double checked it.

Disappointing.

It was in a good location & I appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early.

It was incredibly dirty. Every towel we had was dirty, the cleaners barely cleaned the room and left dirty rags in the room when they did. It was quite an uncomfortable stay and if I ever went to the front desk for an enquiry, it seemed like it was more of a pain than anything else.

Good place for a short stay if you planning just sleep there and refresh a bit.

The location alright, nice sea view but it’s a rather low end quality

A bit outdated, used equipment but did the job to have a prof over your head. Shower and fridge worked Ok.

Fantastic stay, perfect location!!!

Perfect location, amazing sea view from the balcony. 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants located by the sea.Very helpful and friendly staff in the reception especially polish lady Natalia. She was fantastic with explaining directions and tips where were the best beaches and how to get there. Nothing was a trouble. She arranged a lovely surprise for me on my birthday too 😊 I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

There wasn't anything that i didn't like.

location was excellent! short walk to Ibiza town and the beach

it was very tired and dated, the room wasn’t very clean and there were a lot of marks on the walls. could do with a paint and freshen up

I would stay again if I were to go with friends. good value for money and good location.

it was close to everything. good restaurants, lovely beaches and taxis nearby. you can order a taxi from reception and it would show up in under 5 minutes.

no air conditioning. there was on system in the living room space but it didn’t work. it was 32 degrees Celsius when we were staying there and it was unbearable to say the least. no air con in the bedroom. but for us, we were hardly there, but for others who would stay in a room for longer during the holiday,, that may be a problem.
