Clean, comfy beds, luggage rack, good water pressure, hot water, staff at breakfast service, staff at cafe, cleaning staff.
There was no coat hanger/hook. A hook or two can be very easily installed behind the front door. The duvet covers the worst I ever had - they weren’t proper covers, they just put the duvet in a normal bedsheet! The staff member at the check out came across condescending when I said I did not use anything from the minibar. She raised her eyebrows as if I was not telling the truth.

Great location and view and breakfast.
It was all pretty much perfect, one tiny observation resulting in a 9 score rather than 10 was the shower gel/soap dispensers in the bathroom were flimsy and broke when you pushed the plunger down.
