The spa is gorgeous, the location is handy for the sights, the bathroom is more modern than it looks

Room was simple, but clean, comfy bed and an excellent bathroom. Good location and access to the lovely baths. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed in this property before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This time, the air conditioner did not work, or should I say it worked for 20 minutes and then would shut off. The hotel staff came to the room twice to try and rectify the situation, but it did not work. They were suppose to make a financial adjustment in the morning when we checked out, but that never happened as there was no record of us having issues when the morning front desk person arrived.
