The people at the reception were polite and helpful. The fact that there is a parking spot included in the price is great. The pool was necessary for such high temperature. The price for such luxurious hotel is unbelievable good

Staff was friendly.
Hotel is quite old and dated. Rooms and facilities would need a refresh. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
