Wonderful experience and a lovely stay and would definately stay again

Everything was exceptional, room, location and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen in any hotel I have stayed in.

Lifts were slow and in three separate occssions the lift door opened to reveal a green concrete wall. Not very assuring but it was fixed (eventually).

Service very poor, not enough staff. We were told it was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite but there was only one bathroom.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Excellent location, the family rooms with the bunk beds are an excellent choice if u have kids and teenagers

Would have appreciated if parking was free but we had to pay 20 euros per day.

Brilliant hotel but better balcony would have been appreciated.

Friendly, efficient staff. Spotlessly clean. Powerful shower in bathroom and lovely comfy bed.

The balcony was very small and faced the marina and the road. Not a problem as we like to people watch with a glass of wine on the balcony. However, the sun didn’t reach the balcony till after 5.30pm which doesn’t really do it for us on holiday.

Zeer ontgoochelend nadat we in 1975 er een familievakantie van een week doorbrachten.

1 klein busje water voor 2 personen voor 2 nachten. Zeezicht bleek meer bouwzicht dan zeezicht te zijn. Terras zonder zon. Sobere kamer, 1 stoel. Enkel wat shampoo, gel en conditioner. Zielloos en duur hotel hotel, never again!

Ellers var det godt ophold.

Beliggenhed, tæt ved stranden og ind i byen. Nemt rejse fra lufthavn. Tog kun ca. 25-30 minutter med bus og ca. 15 minutter med taxa.

Rengøring var ikke i orden. Når vi checket ind, gulvet blev ikke gjort rent i værelset. Når vi spiste morgenmad bordene blev ikke gjort ordentlig rent. Synes ikke, at det er ok for 4-stjernes hotel.

La primera planta, ósea el LEVEL.. implica estar a la vista de todos los que están en la piscina. No está bueno, poca privacidad en la terraza de la habitación

Frukost. Läget.

Ingen utgång till stranden. Poolen ligger i skugga. Dåligt skyltat till frukost. Bara en fåtölj i ett dubbelrum. Var ska den andra sitta. Skärpning.saknar bord också. För dyra saker i rumsbaren. Sänk priset och sälj hur mycket som helst.

Lovely hotel, great location

Lovely staff. The Level lounge area was a little stark, it lacked comfy sofas and a focal point, I felt like there was not enough privacy, no comfy areas where you could sit quietly and read for example

Mentioned above that the lounge area lacked comfort and style, it felt a little like an airport seating area

A nice stay in the room, but no place to be outside the room.

Fantastisk breakfast.

Dinner and service in the restaurant was bad. We cud not eat dry fish, cold pasta, grilles wedgetables was just hesten, the best was fruit dessert! The bar was not good, to slow with one person on work. Very windy.

Lovely hotel, great location. The staff was fantastic. however wouldn’t upgrade to The Level.

Location and staff

We upgraded to The Level but didn’t get any information on it and felt very disappointed in the layout of it. No sun will every be on the private terrace or pool there so pointless upgrade. We asked to down grade after not being happy using it on day one but where told you must upgrade for everyday of your stay so it was a total waste of money. Also stated about access to the Spa was included with the upgrade however on enquiring that was also an additional charge and not included.

Not much we travelled for honeymoon. Location is good

Not much we travelled for honeymoon. The facilities were not good for a baby. The pool was clinical and totally shaded. Looks very different to photos, had no atmosphere and tiny. The room smelt damp. Baby cot was poor quality. Sink broken. Bedding not changed each day. Feel totally ripped off and not good value for money. Not really offered a gesture as travelling for honeymoon. Asked about any other rooms being available was told we'd have to pay. Then offered another room which was a twin room!!! We were staying for honeymoon. Our pram broke during the stay and they said they couldn't help. So poor. Would not recommend especially travelling with a child.

Very clean We loved the quality and cleanliness of bed linens Evening atractions and entertainment It's extremely nice that hotel provides extra changing towels every evening Spacy room and spacy terrace Localization Kettle for tea lovers - this is something that I appreciate Hair conditioner and body lotion - this is fantastic that this kind of cosmetics are available. Big towels and swimming pool towels available. This hotel was above our expectations. Great and well qualified waiters in a'la carte restaurant.

Small and crowded swimming pool area. Dirty water in swimming pool, a lots of hairs there - we went there only once and after this experience decided not to go anymore. Crowded and busy lifts so we used always stairs Very dark bathrooms. Smell in the bathrooms. Unfortunately poor taste of restaurant's dishes - this is the experience that we wouldn't repeat again

Fantastic location, facilities, and cleanliness. We had a great stay.

We loved the location, room, and facilities, and that we could check in efficiently despite arriving at 2am due to a delayed flight!!

It was probably due to our arrival in the early hours, but it would have been great if the check in staff had explained the location and details for use of the swimming pool.

excellent just a shame about the food.

Breakfast was perfect. Other food in the buffet and restaurant was not to our liking. buffet hot food was cold and we went in at 7.30. restaurant had same menu for lunch and dinner. best meals were off the room service menu which we had to pay extra for.

Nice facilities - OK stay

Great location. Looks great. Rooms were nice, nice bathrooms.

Staff were a bit hit and miss. Some were good, some weren’t. Didn’t seem to be enough lifts. At one point 2 of 3 lifts were not working. You can use the other lifts on the opposite side but will be a longer walk to your room as the building is an M shape. They were also quite small and could only fit around 4 people at once. We also didn’t receive any instructions on how to use the facilities or when they were open. When asking for a towel for the swimming pool, we were asked for a card. When presenting a room card they cited a different card specifically for the pool but eventually gave one. This happened to more than one person in our group. On our last night when we asked the reception for a large taxi to accommodate our 1 year old and 4 adults (as Spanish taxi drivers refuse to do this in a normal car) our room number was taken as we requested for a certain time and to be alerted because we had a sleeping baby. We received no phone call to alert us if it had arrived and when we came down 5 minutes after our specified time we was told it had gone and would need to book 2. This is something we wanted to avoid as it was 2 taxi fares and we had this problem on our way to the hotel when we arrived. When I said this the woman at reception said a larger taxi would also be expensive. I asked her if it would be the equivalent of 2 fares and did not respond. Overall a definitely 4* star stay.

Exceptional

breakfast was excellent, good choice of food, never had to wait for a table. Staff at reception very helpful. a couple of issues in the room which were fixed immediately. Great location for walking into the old town, beach front, harbour.

Superb

Huge bathroom. Our view over the marina on top floor was great, as the balcony got the afternoon/ evening sunshine, much better than paying €20 extra per night for a sea view. There was a safe. The mini bar so we could store cold water and other drinks. The breakfast was exceptional, Cereals, juices, salads, cakes, breads, doughnuts, hot food, omelettes so so much to chose and views over the beach.

Coffee sachets of Nescafe, nothing special and only 2. There was tea too.
