The location is superb. The marina is on one side, one of the beaches and the castle on the opposite side and the town on the third side. The airport bus has a stop very close by. Our room was on the 4th floor with a small balcony and a good view of the marina. I have been to quite a few hotels in Europe but this was the first one I have been to with BBC1 and various ITV/C4/5 channels. The reception staff were all excellent and friendly. On one occasion my wife slipped on the side of the pool and fell over. All the staff, from the pool attendant to the duty hotel manager, could not have been more caring.
The walls seemed quite thin. Reception rang us to say the occupant in the next room had complained that they could hear our TV. However, from the moment we got into the room, we could clearly hear their TV but we didn't want to make a fuss.
I was not a great fan of the door key being on a wrist band, which could not be removed unless it was cut off. However, I can see that from the hotel's point of view that it probably saves a lot of lost key cards.

The location was outstanding. The hotel was lovely, the beds so comfortable - I didn’t want to get up! Staff were very friendly.
Whilst I have listed more about what we didn’t like, we would still 100% stay again as we weren’t to fussed about the facilities as the beach is 2 minutes away.
We stayed on the marina side, and it was very busy and noisy for most of the night. I would go back, but would pay the extra for a sea view as it would be quiet!
The pool area was very poor. It was closed in, with very few beds - we weren’t able to use it. The pool was very small. The pictures shown are of the adults only pool, which is only available to the upgraded guests. The adult only pool is also for smokers, and so would not have been a nice experience.
Check in was very very slow!

The location was great and the balcony and view was lovely. Breakfast was good too.
Not enough sun loungers to the extent couldn’t get one. The pool was also much smaller than it looked in the pictures and when busy you hardly had 2 metres of space spare in the pool. For a family who the pool is a centre piece of their holiday we couldn’t use it once.
