All is great. Fantastic food. Fantastic swimming pool area. Quiet place. Nice arhitecture.

A bit far from the town centre.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a lovely pool area and impressive views. The reception staff were also professional and helpful when we raised an issue.

We ordered room service, and the 20€ sandwich arrived in a condition that was simply not acceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that this is a 5-star hotel, half of the listed things thats should have come with the sandwich did not. The full room-service order came to around €50, which we had to paid in full.

The hotel was close to the venue of a wedding we were attending.

We were there early September, and it felt like the hotel had already closed down its operations after the summer season. For example: the pool bar was already permanently closed, at the restaurant there was only 1 or 2 waiters so it felt like no one was looking after you. Early in the morning passing by the pool area (before it had even opened) there were old wet towels laying around, as well as empty cups and glasses and bottles from the day before, so no one had "cleaned up" at the end of the previous day... Multiple examples like that. Overall, just a poor hotel experience, definitely not 5 star worthy, and in general just understaffed. On top of that there was a massive Indian wedding going on for multiple days, which for us was fine because we didn't stay in the resort much, but I can imagine that if you booked your own holiday to "enjoy" the resort, you'd have wanted to know you'd be surrounded by 200-250 wedding guests taking over the hotel.
