The staff was friendly and professional. They gave us useful information about the area and the things to do. The facilities of the hotel are exeptional and the rooms very clean and spacious. There is parking facilities next to the hotel in a safe environment.

Just the swimming pool.
* The staff are not helpful even not smiling , not welcoming.
* the room so small and so hot.
* The Ac not cooling like a fan , its cooling temperature is fake.
* The breakfast is poor
* so expensive
* so far it is actually out of Sitges but there is a bus stop within 6 minutes walk
