If I could offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to extend the bar hours until at least 23:00. Closing at 19:00 feels a bit early, especially for guests wanting to unwind in the evening."

Very unpleasant and guest-unfriendly approach from a person named Charlie (chief) who didn't want to give us a few cubes of ice (can you imagine - frozen water) to take to our room, unless it goes with the drink bought in the hotel. We needed it for the water. No fridge in the rooms!! Also, we were chased one evening, by the same Charlie person, to pay for a bottle of still water, and we asked to put it on our room bill, and he insisted on paying it in cash?! On our check-in night, we were late literally 5 minutes for dinner, and we were not offered to get any food. On the reception desk, they just said it was finished 5 minutes ago and it is closed. In any guest-friendly hotel, they would say, let us check, maybe you can get at least something from the dinner hall.
