Excellent service. Antonio was very helpful and a joy. He made the whole experience very enjoyable and stress free. He helped us with directions and parking. He also was very knowledgeable of the area and provided great suggestions for dinning.

Location, very central, easy to get everywhere on foot, plenty of restaurants around.
Parking option.
Size of the room and bathroom.
Breakfast room.
Cleanliness.
Decor was quite outdated and mismatched. It looked like they tried to redecorate a couple of times but never really got to the end.
The bathtub was desperately needing replacing. There had been many botched jobs of repairing the damaged enamel.
The shower was ok but the tap was really difficult to operate.

The hotel is fantastic and appears to be family run. The location, given that it is in the centre near bars was quiet. The receptionist, possibly owner, was fantastic. The breakfast had sufficient for your needs. They also had parking too, at additional cost, but safe and secure a few minutes walk away.
