Fabulous location. Controllable room temp. Beds very good. Very good soundproofing. Room floor cleanness below expectations. Amazing room size. Staff was super friendly and efficient. WiFi was good. Ck-in/out was very fast and easy. Shower was great.
Parking is a long walk but is what you pay for staying at the Plaza Mayor.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed and spacious room.
Very poor double glazing. Inadequate for the location. We were kept awake by noise on the Plaza all night.
