The hotel location couldn't be better. The room space was great. The hotel reception is open 24h. The breakfast is ok.
The shower in the bedroom could be better clean and less signs of usage. Some maintenance were visibility being forgot to do.

Great variety of good items available for breakfast which was served in a large room overlooking the Plaza Mayor. The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the main sights. We wanted a quiet room and that is what we had. The cleaner was commendably accommodating in cleaning our room speedily but thoroughly when we returned to the hotel to rest at midday.

We loved this hotel and its central location. You're right on Plaza Mayor so it's a 5 minute walk to all the major sights (cathedrals, art deco museum, university, etc.). We were lucky to have a view over the square, which was wonderful for people watching and seeing the town light up at night. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the fresh-squeezed orange juice! I would absolutely stay here again.
The bathroom door and wall is frosted glass, and the door doesn't lock, so it's a little...personal. The shower was also quite small, but fully functional. That said, I loved this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.
