The resort and location are beautiful! Very modern and most of the rooms have a wonderful view. The staff is exceptional, all super nice and accommodating. It was also very nice to see that most of the feedback provided on here, were addressed. They also just opened the new a la carte restaurant. Food was really nice. Even their buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Pool service also top notch!
As a resort was overall clean as well, even the bathrooms near the pool where constantly being cleaned.
We loved every minute of it :)
Little things in housekeeping could be improved, but nothing major that spoils a holiday.
Taxis can be a bit expensive if booked from the hotel, but they are in general expensive, so I recommend renting a car. You can do it from the hotel, like we did and we had a very good service at a decent price. If you have a car it is better, as to get out of the area you would need at least 30 mins drive towards Chania city.

We went to Isla Brown Chania for our Honeymoon, straight away after wedding. We absolutely couldn't pick better place!!!

Breakfast until 12 was fantastic 10+++ out of 10 ;) The food was great!
The hotel provides shuttle bus for guests to Chania and Stavros Beach, excellent service!! Don't worry about being stuck in a hotel room

Clean and new, great sea view, location is on natural green area at the sea and far from the city crowds. staff are very helpful and smiling, breakfast is very good with amazing sea view.
To arrive to the property is a bit long zigzag road.

Main issue was the food. I bought a burger and it was tasteless, breakfast wasn’t that great either. Location far from everything.

Incredible hotel! Amazing welcome by the staff, very helpful. Champagne and water brought to the room soon after check in was a lovely touch. Large room with amazing balcony with 2 very comfortable lounge chairs. Bed was lovely, big and very comfy. The shower was amazing, pressure and 2 different types of shower head. Toiletries had everything and more, eye mask with ear plugs, toothbrush, hair ties!! The whole hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast until 12 is fantastic, good spread with both hot and cold selections. Pool beds are very comfortable and there is a lot. Overall ambience was peaceful and calming. 10/10.
Not many restaurants close by so a car would be helpful. But not a problem. Gym is a little bit small but I’m just being picky. It has brand new equipment, treadmill, bike etc.

Too many bungalows separate from main building. The bedroom lacked a full length mirror, which did not suit my wife. Since it was only opened one month ago, only one restaurant was open instead of three. This reduced choice and entailed eating out some nights, just to get variety. It was a 10 minute drive to restaurants in the nearest village. The property is on a peninsula, so there is a 30 minute drive back to the main roads every time you wish to visit another part of Crete. Lastly, music at the poolside during the day was played at an intrusively loud volume most afternoons. It was like disco night on Ibiza. You could barely hear yourself think. The loud volume seemed to suit the young staff, because most sun worshippers were trying to read or were plugged into their own headphones.

Everything was amazing ! The hotel has a fantastic architectural design and style . It definitely promotes a relaxing vibe. The rooms are comfortable and quite. The pool and loungers are fantastic. The food was great! We had booked for half board and the breakfast and dinner were excuisite.
As far as it concerns the staff, anything I'll write wont be enough...they went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable every single day. We are a family with one child and a dog that always travel together and let me say this...from personal experience, I have never visited s7ch a pet friendly hotel that would do anything they can to accomodate our pet . As soon as we walked in the room, there was a dog bed and bowls brought to us . Everything spotless clean and kept every single day .
It is definitely a must visit !

the sea views and decor and design of the common areas are incredible
the shower floor was not properly sloped and water seeped out, the mid century modern room interior made it look dated and out of place with the architectural style which was amazing.
when we arrived the management was waiting at the entrance with some refresher towels and snacks for some VIPs. Made us feel less special as everyone was waiting for them to arrive and we were not offered the towels or little plates. There were no toiletries or toilet paper in the room when we arrived. I called the reception at 2pm to let them know and at 8pm it was still not in the room.

They had just opened the Resort and Spa. Spa was not yet opened and we were told about this only after check in. Restoration was not completed and there were loud drilling and banging noise until 22:00. Fire alarm went off many times and was not nice to wake up to these drills. They installed a backup generator and were testing it and on several occasions the lights went off when you were in a shower and you could not use the balcony because of the diesel smell. And the balcony door frame was not very well installed and during a thunderstorm the hole balcony door made so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. Housekeeping is nice but if you have the do not disturb sign on the door, it is very annoying when the cleaning lady still keeps knocking on your door.

Luxrious and modern looking hotel. Very good facilities with gym, large spa, loads of sun beds, big restaurant and three outdoor pools. The best part was the staff and hospitality. All staff friendly. They gave me very special birthday treat with wine and cake. Felt spoilt. The views are outstanding and the room was really lovely, clean and all expected.
The cleaning was basic because of COVID they were only making bed, a little mop and they removed all the nice things like robe. Inside pool section was closed and the second restaurant. The restaurant open was so good though we didn’t mind! Good food and wine for all inclusive.

The food, staff and room were good. Nice place but not a true 5 star resort.
The pool area decking is awful and not kept up to standards which lets the overall experience down. The location is not great as there is nothing around the hotel. A place to stay for a couple of nights as any more you would get bored. Has the potential to be great if they fixed some of the issues.

The staff are a true asset to the hotel, I have to give a special shout out to Christian who was fabulous, amazing entertainer and all round funny guy. I will remember you as the beautiful assistant for many years!
The food was of very high standard and always fresh, the chef greeted everyone and ensured there was plenty to cater to different needs.
The rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds and are very good at keeping noise out.
There is a beautiful view of the ocean.
The hotel was all round very clean with hand sanitizers and disposable gloves for the dining area.
I’m not sure if these were COVID restrictions but the pool closed at 7pm and I didn’t see the inside pool open at all
The all inclusive finished at 11pm but you could still purchase for a short while.
The hotel is a little way out from anywhere, 40 minute walk to Stavros the closest town or 25€ each way in a taxi to Chania.
Not much entertainment at the hotel other than a pool table, Christian and his antics from 9.30pm to 11pm and the bar I guess.
There is a nearby bus stop but buses are not frequent
No access to the coast from the hotel, there isn’t a beach or anything you can go down to
Not really a dislike but not advertised on booking.com, the pools are all saltwater.
