Our stay was incredible, but what truly made it unforgettable were the people. Haris, Nina, Viky and Yani - thank you for making us feel so welcome and genuinely at home.
From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful the resort looked. As soon as we stepped in, Haris and Nina welcomed us with two glasses of juice, were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Then came a surprise we genuinely could not believe. Haris told us that we had been upgraded free of charge to the best room available, room 171, a beautiful suite with its own private pool. The room was so far beyond what we had originally booked that it made the start of our holiday incredibly special.
Haris walked us to the suite, and it honestly felt like walking into heaven. The room was gorgeous, smelled incredible, and had everything we could possibly want: a private pool, jacuzzi and even an outdoor shower. Haris showed us around and explained how everything worked.
We then headed to Swell for food, where we were so warmly looked after by Viky that we ended up going back every single day of our stay. She was simply a pleasure to be around, and the level of service was exceptional. We tried most of the menu during our stay and everything was delicious.
Nina at reception was wonderful throughout our stay, helping with any questions we had and being extremely accommodating, including when we asked about a late check-out despite there being very limited availability. Yani was always around to help too, whether with our luggage, recommendations or anything else we needed.And our favourite non-human member of the team was Hermes, the owner's dog! We were missing our own dog back home, so seeing Hermes every day was such a lovely bonus. We even had the chance to take him for a walk which made us ridiculously happy💕 Overall, having visited probably 20 different places in Greece over the years, I can genuinely say that this was the most enjoyable stay!

I loved the design, the location, and especially the beautiful panoramic views. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was good and offered a decent variety. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the yoga session — it was a lovely activity and a great way to start the day.
However, there are several aspects that I believe need improvement, especially for a 5-star resort. Some areas of the property are in need of renovation, and the floors in our room were visibly worn and slightly damaged.
When we first arrived, the air conditioning in our room was not working. The staff offered to move us to another room, but the alternative was inferior to the room we had originally booked. It took quite a lot of discussion before they agreed to offer us a comparable room. Unfortunately, I did not find the attitude towards this situation appropriate for a 5-star resort.
The beaches could also be cleaner, and the food at both restaurants we tried was disappointing. In my opinion, the quality of the food and overall dining experience is not at the level I would expect from a 5-star resort.
The concierge service was another major disappointment. Unfortunately, they were not helpful at all and could be significantly improved.

The property itself was beautiful, made you feel like you’re in a place out of this world.the staff were absolutely amazing, the most friendly and welcoming people you’ll ever meet. We love this place.
The only thing we didn’t like was the ants. We totally understand critters are hard to keep out when you’re based on the beach, but the ants were a little overwhelming. It got to the point they were crawling on us while we were sleeping. Thankfully, we are not afraid of bugs and live in an area that are full of them so it wasn’t really something that bothered us, but it probably would someone else who isn’t used to it.

The hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms are nicely designed, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The sunbeds were clean, and the gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. The real highlight, though, was the buffet – a definite 10/10! We only had breakfast included, but the food was so delicious, fresh, and varied that we ended up paying to eat there lunch and dinner . The restaurant service was also excellent, making each meal a pleasure.
Unfortunately, the room we received did not match the photos shown when booking. Even more concerning, our mattress had mold. While it was replaced, the bed frame still had mold, which is unacceptable and potentially dangerous, especially for anyone with allergies. For such a large resort, the management could definitely be improved in terms of quality control and guest experience. Also, while the sunbeds were clean, the sand and the front area of the beach were not, which took away from the overall beach experience.
