We liked the location right at the seaside, very comfortable, nice comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great choice of food.
One of the rooms smelled like old smokers room. Don’t know if it was because someone had smoked inside during the stay or someone smoking near and poor ventilation.

We had the room with direct access to shared pool - it was an amazing choice. the kids could go out to the pool whenever they wanted, there was a bar for drinks close by, and all the facilities of the hotel were close and convenient. The food in all meals and restaurants had excellent choices and vast selection for all tastes. The hotel staff was super friendly and was always there to help, whenever needed there was always a staff member to help.
The pools were good but simple, no water jets for example or in-pool relaxation seats for grown-ups. Not really big deal.

The hotel was very pleasant, and the location was good. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the water park was a lot of fun.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was okay, but nothing special.
Finding a sunbed by the pool was horrible- every morning was a struggle even when we woke up early.
We booked a garden-view room, but the view was actually toward the reception area, which was disappointing.
Also, while most of the staff were nice, a few were not very friendly.
There was also a constant dripping sound in the shower. The hotel staff tried to fix it but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue.
