What we loved most about the hotel was the amazing selection of water slides and pools, which kept both the kids and adults entertained.
The buffet was excellent, with a huge variety of food and plenty of choices for everyone. We also really enjoyed the activities and entertainment for the children.
Overall, everything felt very well-maintained, modern, new and exceptionally clean. You can really feel the effort that goes into keeping the hotel in great condition.
We had a wonderful family stay and would definitely recommend it!
There were a few things that we felt could be improved.
The swimming pools are not heated, and the water was quite cold despite the warm weather outside. We also felt that the pools opened relatively late at 11:00 AM. For families with young children, this is already quite late, especially when nap time is around 12:30 PM.
The room could also use more storage space. There were not many practical storage solutions for a family staying with young children.
The entertainment shows performed by the animation team felt quite amateurish at times, and some of the shows were not really suitable for young children.
Another small point was the selection of soft drinks. We would have appreciated having familiar branded options such as Pepsi or Coca-Cola.
Overall, these are relatively minor points, but improving them would make the experience even better for families with young children.

The facilities were good with lots of swimming pools. Room service was good.
The restaurant had very few options for vegetarians/vegans. Please be informed that vegetarian people also like to eat nice and tasty food. We don’t survive on salads and fruits only. We found big cockroches in our hotel room.
The biggest disappointment was Asian restaurant. We strictly ordered vegan food. But we found caviar. And the staff simply said "sorry, sometimes it gets stuck on the gloves". My wife was super upset as we are vegetarian/vegans for religious reasons. Imagine, if there was someone with a severe allergy. Would you still say just sorry? It could be fatal for someone.

Very comfortable beds, and very clean rooms, huge choice of fresh and tasty food. Close to beach even without a view of it. Great massage in the spa.
Room lacked space for hanging bathroom towels. No clothes airer provided for wet swimming gear and towels. Not enough sunbeds for everyone. Lots of food covered with or has DILL in it. No shelves for toiletries in the shower, had to put on the floor. Not a 5 star resort due to the finish of the facilities, surrounding on site building work ( not that any work has happening during our visit) and view of delivery trucks from the restaurant. Reception denied us on request for an airer and to book us a taxi. Some staff in dining room and bar looked bored and unhappy. Drainage around the pool was poor and extremely slippery when wet. I had to fix the blocked drain in the shower on our first use as it started flooding.
