I really loved the overall atmosphere of the resort and the beautiful room design—the private pool was a wonderful! The service was excellent throughout our stay; all the staff members were warm, friendly, and super helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The shower water pressure was quite low

The many pools are great. The Olympic one is amazing, the heart shaped one is great as well. The noon activities at the big rectangle pool are amazing & much fun. All the bars & restaurants. It is great that you don't need to order a place in them for the dinners, makes everything less stressful. Housekeeping twice a day, it is so nice to have clean & dry towels all the time. The sports center got expended, the padel courts are shaded. The water park is great + they added 3 additional slides - 2 are super fast. Supermarket has everything you need.
The mini golf didn't have golf balls. We didn't get back there again.

The water park is great and the restaurants/bars around the hotel are spot on. There are a few dinner option to select from and always something for everyone. Hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Loved the breakfast. The place was like a small village with lots to see and do every day. This is a 5* hotel for kids more than a 5* for adults.
My family had a bad experience with the airline. Our bags did not arrive. We didn't have a change of clothes not even a charger. The hotel could not offer us any help. I would have expected from a 5* star hotel to have an emergency kit for situations like these, or at least a charger they can lent to us. Also, some dinner restaurants need a bit of an upgrade.
