Nice medium sized hotel. Super nice straff.
It’s a small road that you have to cross to get to the beach. The beach isn’t that taken care of.

Location and the staff were brilliant
Could have had better coffee in the rooms

Location near the beach, beautiful hotel, good food, friendly staff. Thy also take care for bunch of 'hotel' cats ;-)
Located a little far away from the nearest city, need a taxi or rent a car to go anywhere. But I think rent a car is a must to explore Kreta.

Location, brand new, great food etc
Staff were overwhelmed and individual requests were not fulfilled timely.
