The resort is amazing. One of the best I ever visited.
It has a very futuristic look with everything you might need for the best vacation.
The green places around and inside the resort have a large variety of species and are very pleasant to look at and admire, for plant and tree lovers.
The staff is very polite and professional and willing to help you with all the questions/details/issues.
It has very nice pools, with comfortable sunbeds. There were also sunbeds between the palm trees, on the grass. The beach is great, with great sunbeds too, with different sizes to choose from.
The food was great, very diverse, with different themes every day. Very well cooked and tasty, with options for every diet type. Besides the main restaurant, there is also an Argentinian restaurant, an Asian restaurant and a Greek tavern. The food at the Argentinian restaurant was amazing and super tasty, one of the best experiences, and the sunset there is breathtaking.
The Greek tavern and the Asian restaurant I didn’t tried. There is also a Street food restaurant near the beach, with a lot to choose from and two beach bars.
In the evening there was each day a nice atmosphere at the main bar, with live music and dancing. I want also to mention that we had a really cool evening at the amphitheater were we had a live music show.
The room was very clean, with all that you need for a vacation and the cleaning was done each day.
I didn’t liked that much that there were some rocks in the water in some places, and you had to be very careful. It is best to have water shoes if you want to explore a bit and swim around, but you can also manage without them.
I wouldn’t judge the overall experience based on that.
The water was crystal clear, very warm (more than expected) and it was very nice for snorkeling.

The room with a private pool is amazing. Delicious food and variety of meals and alcohol is beyond any expectation. The temperature of water in the pools is perfect! Good location, far enough from noise but close to bigger cities. The taxi service is very kind and comfortable.
The room cleaning was poor! Almost every day they forgot to either change towels or empty a garbage or leave a fresh water. Although there's a sign that forbids keeping chairs in the pool, there is no control of this actually happens.

The staff was very friendly, ESPECIALLY Dimitri the bartender. Give that man a raise, he deserves it.
The cleaning was a little inconsistent, the first day we had our room cleaned it was amazing, the second and third day it seemed the cleaners got lazy. Other than that it was amazing!

The hotel is beautiful, with elegant architecture. The surrounding environment is truly stunning, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that invites relaxation and calm.
We were surprised to discover that several basic bathroom amenities expected in luxury accommodations were not provided in our room. This oversight detracted from the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.
Our experience at the main restaurant was particularly underwhelming. The staff appeared disengaged and rarely smiled, which unfortunately contributed to a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Hospitality plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience, and in this case, it fell short of expectations.
In terms of dining, we found the food service to be inconsistent. Items were not replenished regularly, and guests arriving after the initial rush were often left with limited options. This lack of attention to restocking created a sense of inequality and disappointment, especially for those who prefer a more relaxed schedule.
Moreover, the selection of dishes was quite repetitive, lacking variety from one day to the next. This made meals feel monotonous and uninspired, especially for longer stays.
