L’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, i servizi efficienti, la zona delle piscine e la colazione con vasta scelta. Mi hanno aiutata dall’inizio e hanno preso in carico le mie esigenze.
Purtroppo, non per colpa della struttura o dello staff in sé, la posizione dell’Albatros non ti aiuta a visitare in tempi brevi molte delle attrazioni dell’isola, ma se non si è particolarmente interessati a vederle è un resort perfetto come qualità prezzo assolutamente.

Staff molto cortese. Ogni giorno c’erano cose da fare con un programma dettagliato (es. yoga a bordo piscina, pool party, serata cretese ecc…)
Camere antiquate e non all’altezza di un cinque stelle.
C’era la vasca in camera e il phon da viaggio per asciugare i capelli. Diverse parti di arredamento erano molto antiquate… non all’altezza di un cinque stelle.

אהבנו את המיקום, הקרבה לים והבריכה
שירות העובדים, הרבה פעמים תחושה של ׳עשיית טובה׳ ולא תמיד נעים בכלל לפנות.
הנקיון במקום היה ירוד, היו נמלים בחדר ולא הסכימו להחליף חדר. רצו להשפריץ חומרים כימיים ושנישן איתם בחדר.
כל ההתנהלות סביב האירוע הייתה לא נעימה ומזלזלת מצד העובדים במקום.
נרצה לציין גם כי השירות של העובדים במהלך הארוחות היה לא נעים ומאולץ.
