Luxury rooms great pools and first all inclusive where I have enjoyed the food
Check out time too early. Needs more for older kids/teens. Games rooms pool tables etc

This is the 2nd year running that my daughter have stayed at Caldera Palace. As others say, it’s an awesome hotel. Delicious food and you can visit 3 à la carte restaurants per week. Very clean throughout. Amazing staff who cannot do enough to assist especially Fotini the reservations manager and the PR team. Definitely recommend a swim up room 😁
Book late check out if you have a late flight.

Awesome indulging resort. Absolutely excellent food, facilities and staff.
There no water sliders for kids. Saunas are not free, you'll need to pay.

The food was really amazing, especially the buffet. Very easy also to feed our toddler. The kiddies splash pool was really cute. Staff in general were amazing and attentive (at the restaurants, not so much the reception)
The sun-lounger situation was a nightmare!! Staff do nothing about the people reserving the sun beds. By 9am they were all gone. Thank goodness the splash pool didn’t have the same problem but basically we were never able to sit at a different pool because there was never space… and some people who would reserve only showed up hours later. It makes for a very stressful holiday. I’ll never come back just because of this.
There was this horrible red light above our bed that came on every time one of us moved. We had awful sleep the first night and they told us that there was nothing they could do about it. They told us the electricity would stop working if it was covered… long story short we covered it ourselves with a sock and hair tie, no surprise but we still had electricity after. Really don’t understand the staffs refusal to help us have better sleep. We were not the only ones who had this problem.
In general facilities we ok, no trees or natural shade anywhere near the pools so main areas were very hot and bright. Inside of hotel was nice except the dusty fake palms everywhere and the neglected pond in the main building.
If it weren’t for the amazing food I’m not sure we would have loved to be there for a whole week.
