We came back again with love. All the staff is very kind and helpful, working for you all day. They are really perfect in hospitality. The reception staff is an expert in their work.The room is nice, spacious and clean, beds are comfortable for a good relaxing sleep.The staff cleans the room every day, change towels, and you get mineral water also.
You can watch the beautiful medditerran sea from the medditerran restaurant. The food is plenty with wide sortiment and tasty in good quality. You can eat really healthy! New swimming pools is opened this yea
r, these are clean and good tempered. The aqua park is good entertaiment for all the family, with snacks and salads. The hotel park is beautiful with the many well cared palm trees.
Wifi working well. Air conditions operating exellent. We are travelling to several places in the word, and we can say that this place is one of our best place.
We come back as soon as possible.

Beautiful food, and a large selection which changed every night. The main bars and restaurants and walks around the resort were beautifully designed and felt luxurious and well maintained. Drinks, wine and cocktails, mocktails etc offered was awesome and lots of options. Rooms were spacious, modern and kept very clean. Around the rooms were in lovely gardens which were well kept. Entertainment team were brilliant and we enjoyed volleyball, football and aqua fit while we were there thank you so much! Filema restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed Greek night and trying beautiful Cretan dishes - felt so looked after. I had spent so much time researching and I wasn’t disappointed. Waterpark was amazing and snack bar and bars there really great for the kids and adults. Beach was nice. People in shop so helpful - found me a repair patch for free when an inflatable had an accident. Reception staff lovely and really thoughtful and helpful. We had a really wonderful time I will be recommending to everyone.
Generally the pool size and sunbed availability could be improved, it looked lovely and all but one of the pools were very central but they were busy and was a case of getting up early to get spots.

The pools and the water park are very nice and cool.
The evening shows and drinks are awesome
The village have two hotels and it is confusing on which hotel you can get the all inclusive and where you can't also you are not allowed to go to the other pools as they are part of the palace hotel but they are everywhere and you get the feeling all the time that your less good..
The food was not good at all, we had snails in our food.. and most of the food is not very good.
Other then that every thing is good
