Beautiful, well kept resort. Very peaceful, clean and luxurious. The staff were so attentive and genuinely happy. We absolutely loved the apartment with pool. So relaxing! The bath tub looking out to sea was also a favourite. Food was really high quality. We loved the live music too.
The older rooms are a bit shabby.

The view is great. The swimming pool is superb. The breakfast and service was very good
Shower... No hot water at morning time and the water stream is very week. The room is very crampy with hot tab takes all the space

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Happy Cretan Suites. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
Our room was stunning, beautifully designed, spacious and extremely comfortable, with incredible attention to detail. The hotel itself is equally impressive, with fantastic facilities and a wonderful atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Crete.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Every member of staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt extremely well looked after throughout our entire stay.
Everything was perfect from beginning to end. A truly exceptional hotel with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and impeccable hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation.
Highly recommended. A truly unforgettable experience in Crete.

The view from the hotel was amazing, and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really did everything they could to help us enjoy our time there, even though we were very disappointed with the overall state of the hotel. Their kindness and support were definitely appreciated.
The rooms were very outdated and unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The furniture felt old and unclean, and the bathroom had mold, which made the stay quite disappointing. The upper pool area also needs significant maintenance; the sides of the pool were green, presumably due to algae. However, the second pool was really nice and much better maintained.
There seems to be a huge difference between the newer and older parts of the hotel. I believe the hotel should make this much clearer to guests before booking, as expectations can vary greatly depending on which part of the property you are staying in. Overall, the experience was not what we had hoped for.
