מלון מהמם ביופיו, צוות שירותי מאוד, יש הרבה מה לעשות במלון והאוכל היה טעים מאוד.

We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before but the location, facilities and staff hospitality at Mitsis Selection Rinela were all top notch and justified the high nightly cost of staying. We were upgraded from a garden room to a double room with shared swimming pool which made for an even better experience.

Great beach and very nice staff! Room had a beautiful view and enough space for a family of 4.
The À la carte restaurants were fully booked and could only attend once while we were there. The swimming pool are was all the time full. Cleaning of the room could have been better and the food in the buffet was ok but not 5 star quality. Also our mini private pool (could be used by 4 rooms) was full some days with several people so not sure they were guest of those rooms..

- Al a carte restaurants were nice (Asian/ Italian / Steak)
- Dionisis the bar waiter was exceptional , always going the extra mile and kept giving us good drink options to try and he was also always happy and friendly.
- Main restaurant - there were no options for evening buffet at all and breakfasts waiting forever for a coffee by the time you had eaten breakfast, the coffee still hadn’t come out.
- Slow service with drinks at the main bar and pool bar
- No mini bar restock for 2 days but was advised when we got there the fridge was unlimited and would be filled up every day.
- No restock of toilet roll/ body wash- had to request
- The bed sheets were not replaced at all on our stay ( 1 week), this seemed very unhygienic to not change the sheets not even once.
