Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful staff, mainly at reception and the pool bar. The resort is spacious, well-maintained, and offers modern renovated rooms with good amenities.
Convenient bus connections to Chania at an affordable price, and easy beach access. The pool area, facilities, and overall cleanliness are generally very good.
Wide food selection throughout the day, fresh pizzas and snacks at the pool bar, and comfortable sunbeds. The hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere for guests looking for a quieter location.
Poor management and questionable staff allocation create avoidable frustrations. The pool bar is severely understaffed in the evenings, resulting in long queues and a diminished all-inclusive experience.
The restaurant experience is inconsistent, with repetitive breakfasts, missing food labels, and frequent mistakes with drink orders. Food quality is good overall but rarely stands out.
Pool-area restrooms need more frequent cleaning, some room design choices are impractical, and guests often reserve sunbeds for the entire day. The all-inclusive package structure is poorly explained.
Nearby shops and restaurants are limited without a walk to Platanias.
