We had a very nice stay at room 211 (with private pool), top room closest to the beach. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had AC in livingroom and both bedrooms. One bedroom was on the upper floor and one below. Two balconys (upper one the biggest with the pool). There was two bathrooms one on each floor which i don't think was even mentioned in the descripton. Nice breakfast and I can highly recommend the bolognese and seafood pasta at the restaurant bar. The private pool was great 4x2m i think. I am pretty confident room 211 is one of the hotels best, and I will come back some day. Pretty good soundproofing aswell, we were not disturbed with noice from the pool area below.
Minor issues: Only one pretty small closet in one livingroom. A bigger closet in the other livingroom. It was OK for us but we were only 3 people.
Private pool means a few unannounced visits from pool service guys while staying for a week. Nice with clean pool ofc but scheduled times would be nice.
Occupied and reserved sunbeds in pool qrea and at beach very early even though its not allowed. Seems to be an issue at most hotels in crete :)

Mic dejun bun si variat, cu multe fructe si nuci.
Putine sezlonguri la plaja si la piscina. Din pacate noi am prins o perioada cu valuri si a fost restictie pt inot in mare.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione ottima, upgrade per i primi tre giorni con piscina privata in camera favolosa sorpresa!!! Posizione ottima per la zona di Creta che interessava a noi. piscine comuni belle ed ampie, spiaggia adiacente.
Pulizia camera e aree comuni, nonostante la disponibilità del personale le pulizie nella camera erano parziali, bagno inizialmente puzzava poi parzialmente risolto, manutenzione del climatizzatore pessima al punto che ad un certo punto è uscita acqua che ci è caduta sul cuscino e sul letto, parcheggio su strada a volte difficile da trovare

Morgenmaden var ganske fin, stort og godt udvalg.
Beliggenheden var super god, tæt på stranden og tæt på byen.
Hyggelig altan/terrasse.
Et klædeskab hvor der ikke er hylder i og kun 4 bøjler til 2 personer i 14 dage, vores tøj måtte ligge på spisebordet. Der stod et sengebord foran klædeskabet, så man ikke kunne åbne den ene låge.
Vi vidste aldrig hvornår der blev gjort rent. Der stod at man ikke måtte lægge håndklæder før efter kl. 10, men alle stole var alligevel optaget allerede kl. 8.00, ingen gjorde noget ved det. For få liggestole til så mange gæster. Havde værelse ud til bagvejen hvor der blev tømt skrald kl. 5.00 hver morgen.
