This is a beautiful hotel. The setting is great and all the facilities are very well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is (for the most part) chilled. There seem to be plenty of sun beds to go around (at the start of September at least) and lovely areas to relax and have a drink - both inside and out.
Just 2 small things: 1. The "menus" - which have to be accessed via a QR code. We deliberately didn't bring our phones down (we're on holiday - why did we need phones?) - and when we did, the links to the menus were confusing and peppered with adverts. Very annoying.
2. For the love of god DITCH the ridiculous poolside aqua fit classes. Everyone was having a lovely relaxing time by the pool - until the boombox appeared and it was thumping exercise music for the next hour! WHY? Everyone appeared bemused by the whole thing. As if we'd suddenly been transported into an episode of Benidorm!
