We really enjoyed our stay and there were many things we loved about the hotel.
The location is great – only about a 5-minute walk from Laganas Main Street and around 20 minutes to Cameo Island.
The food was also very good. There was something new and delicious every day, with plenty of options for children as well.
The pool area is great for families, with a fun slide for the little ones and a larger pool for older children. The beach is right at the hotel, which was a big plus. Sunbeds are €20, including two cocktails and water, which we found very fair. It is also possible to reserve the sunbeds in advance.
The staff at the reception, at the pool bar and in the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and was cleaned every day. A special thank you to our housekeeper for taking such good care of our room!
We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with two bedrooms – thank you again for that!
Another thing we really enjoyed was the live music. There was live music almost every evening, which created a really nice atmosphere and made the evenings even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
There are a few things that could be improved. The hotel could use a little more care and attention. Maybe this is partly due to a lack of staff, but the pool area and the small playground could be cleaned more regularly. There were quite a few broken toys lying around.
The playground and the bouncy castle also get very hot during the day and are quite dark at night, so better shading during the day and some additional lighting in the evening would be helpful.
In the bathroom, there were a few small things that were broken or not working properly, for example the toilet seat. Also, the water from the bathtub did not drain properly and sometimes came back up from the drain. However, since we spent very little time in the room and mainly used the shower, this did not really bother us during our stay.

A görög személyzet kevésbé, az ázsiai személyzet barátságos volt. Az all-inclusive választék megfelelő, és jó minőségű ételek voltak. A tenger gyönyörű, a part könnyen megközelíthető volt. Hajós fakultatív programok megérik az árukat, élveztük!

A fürdőszoba felújításra szorul, nem méltó egy 5*-os besoroláshoz. A szódát, vizet leszámítva csak cukros italok voltak elérhetőek, borzasztó rossz minőségben. A part napozóágy része nagyon szemetes, csak felületes takarítás van. Sajnos, az alacsony intelligenciájú vendégekkel van a fő probléma, akik eldobálják a szemetet. A városban ne menj be, gettó!
Rengeteg a "jókedvű" brit fiatal, akik nem alszanak éjszaka, ha mellettük, alattuk laksz, te sem fogsz, mi kifogtuk. A héten volt a foci VB volt, képzeld el. A csend betartását jó lenne, ha a szálloda szabályozná és szankcionálná valamilyen módon.

liked everything. we got an family suite upgrade, from standard room, with no additional costs. it was much easier with the kids. great experience, great food, great entertainments in the evening. it was perfect for us, will definitely come back one day

The chill out area next to the beach and the bar was very comfortable, it provided a good view and shadow. The room was always very clean. The cleaning staff as well as the waitress and waiters in the restaurant were always really polite. The food was good as well, even though it’s important to note that some special dishes like mussels will or can not be restocked when it’s empty, so it’s the best to show up early for dinner.
The check in process was not so friendly and it was confusing to have to give all the credit card details and everything again on paper. Maybe that’s normal but it was unusual for us. Overall the interaction when going to the restaurant was really quiet, usually there was nobody for greeting the guests. For some reason it also didn’t feel like we have been to Greece, it could have been anywhere. The pool area was crowded and the sunbeds got reserved form many guest. On the beach you had to pay for the sunbeds and it was expensive! So if you don’t want to pay and the pool area is full, you can only sit on the chairs in the bar area. The beach is not clean, but the water is warm. If you expect a pretty and aesthetic beach you will be disappointed. The all inclusive drinks were really bad and personally I couldn’t finish even one.
