Great rooms
Room next to us was being renovated so noise all day. All four of us got upset stomach’s from breakfast Buffett. Suggest you only eat items cooked in front of you.

Staff was great. BUla express was a bonus.
Food at Mediterranean restaurant/ adults pool area was good. Nice selection on menu.
Room bathroom had tiles falling off. Needed more lighting in bathroom area. Need screens because hearing ocean would have been nice but mosquitoes made that impossible. Lobby is too small.

Adults only pool was nice but needed a pool bar.
We booked a Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite - Beach Front. Instead we were given a two bedroom penthouse. We were not given an option, but were told this was an upgrade. The room may have been larger but it had no pool, set next to the restaurant with less of a view and building happening behind. The room was also far too big for a couple and would have better suited a family. The kitchen had a sticky strip half a meter long across the kitchen bench making it unusable, and it could only be removed with CRC. We requested a room clean straight away, however the urine stains etc remained on the toilet wall next to the kitchen the entire stay. We attempted to be moved to our booked room but were told they over booked, this is not our problem. They showed us a filthy room not cleaned and told it wouldn't be ready and made no attempt at all to move us. The air conditioning in the Penthouse didn't work, and we were told by house keeping that it didn't work for the previous visitors and the problem was well known. We also asked for quiet accomodation but were placed next to the gym and restaurant with music playing loudly until late and people coming and going from the gym at all hours. We were offered an insulting discount and treated poorly. We emailed Booking.com September 6th and told contact would be made within 24 hours, we are yet to hear from anyone. We have also not heard from management at Hilton even though we requested contact to be made. This was the only accomodation we hadn't stayed at in Denarau, and we would not recommend this property.
