We went 10 years ago for our 10th anniversary and again last month for our 20th. The quality remained unchanged, the Fijian staff are wonderful, particularly Laisani who cleaned our room 1202 - she was incredibly flexible and good at her job.
We had an adjoining room for some reason and there was a lot of noise toward the end of our stay. Some of the pools like the adult one didn't seem crystal clear although the large pool at the Villas were exceptional. The swim up bar at the infinity pool was closed for renovations and there were several sets of building works going on at different parts, although there wasn't too much noise just some smells on occasions. The top path along the beachfront past the other hotels was closed due to major works at other hotels.

Sheraton Fiji is always a great location, close to other resorts, the Port and the Golf Club. A beautiful beach nearby to walk along and the sunsets were just amazing!
Didn't have any other pillow options other than lodge pillows which were too big for our bed.

Food and treatment of some staff . The food was of mediocre quality and taste with 5 rate pricing , staff at the beach side restaurant not helpful and friendly
