The location, breakfast and the parking
Very small rooms, some members of staff really need training on customer services. There was this particular girl at reception, who seems to think that I was the receptionist and she is the customer. Sadly I haven't taken her name.
At breakfast some of the staff were helping themselves whilst the guest were waiting. They constantly talking and just pottering around doing f..k all.
