Location is nice, but thats basically it.
this hotel screams to get renovation. the rooms are just awful. very old, rusty, dark and dusty. if you can just chose another place. Staff and overall management and restaurant are pretty good, same as lobby and decorations. But we are coming for the rooms. and they are very old. Same as elevators.

The hotel is absolutely divine, with incredible attention to every detail in the interior design. The lobby is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was stunning, with a beautiful bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The bathroom amenities were of excellent quality. I truly have no complaints whatsoever about the room or the service. Everything was exceptional. Highly recommended!
The only thing I did not particularly enjoy was the behavior of some of the guests, who treated the hotel staff as if they were their servants. Unfortunately, this is something you quite often encounter in expensive and luxury hotels: in the lobby or at breakfast, you may hear guests speaking to employees in a very rude and demanding manner: asking why a table is dirty, why something has not been cleared away yet, questioning the way things are done, and so on.
Of course, this is by no means the fault of the hotel or its staff, quite the opposite. The employees were wonderful and professional. I simply noticed this behavior among some guests, and I think it is worth mentioning, as it can unfortunately be one of the less pleasant aspects of staying at a luxury hotel.

Location and ground hall
The rooms were very cold, they did not have the option of heating the rooms so they brought a small heater
The receptionist at the spa was very unwelcoming and asked us to pay for massages immediately without an option to put it on the room.
They did not ask for deposit on our check in so whatever we used we had to pay straight away
The rooms are outdated and with no isolation and you cannot open any window
