Hello,
The staff are always smiling and happy to help. I broke my leg during my stay which has noting to do with the hotel, and the hotel sent someone to buy a crutch for me. This helped me tremendously; otherwise, it would have been really difficult for me to get back home.

1) It’s too expensive for this location behind the fuel station. Cost is more than 100 euro per night
2) Windows. The hotel is located near a major road. If you open the windows, it's noisy; if you close them, it's stuffy and smells of cigarettes. It's like sleeping in an ashtray.
3) Smoking is prohibited, but the room smells of cigarettes. It's not noticeable at first, but if you close the windows, it's like sleeping in an ashtray. The walls, furniture, and towels smell of cigarettes. You have to open the windows—otherwise you can't sleep.
