The outside shower and the huge porch in front of our sea side villa! It was amazing. And the room was very spacious. The staff during the meals were very friendly. The restaurant had good and different options for food every day.
We stayed at the resort 1 day for the purpose of having massages, facial treatments and a manicure but the person never showed up. And this is even though she confirmed the appointment the day before. This resulted in a “lost day” for us since, if we’d known, we’d gone out of the resort to spend the day. Really disappointing.

Friendly staff. We had an adorable Bure close to the ocean. Loved the outdoor shower and swings on our porch.
I left an item and messaged the next day to see if it was located. I never got a reply.

Crusoe’s is a very beautiful property. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay BUT that did mean we had more time to meet other guests and meet and get to know the staff too. Nice big dining area with a few board games, pool table and table tennis.

The serenity and views, grounds were sensational.
All meals were delicious.
Staff were overall friendly.
Beds were so comfy.
Water was piping to hot.
Book a massage, lady wasn't working that day.
Advertise children activities but none.
Huge climb up steep stairs to rooms. No offer of assistance.
Advertise nightly entertainment but had the staff sing one night and a local church choir another.
Can't swim at the beach due to customs of village people.
EVERYTHING had a 12.5% tax on it on the final bill.
Key chargers. Tried to charge the new tax although I booked long ago.
Not much in the gift shop.
Not alot for children to do. Which I think I expected more as it's a family retreat.
3 times I asked for sugar for our room. Yet none.
Not given introduction to the place on arrival. About menus, drums, activities ect.
