Management staff on site and checking in about possible needs; also helpful with tips about local shopping/dining/transportation resources.
Private chef cooked meal with large portions and tasty.
Great pool and access to outdoor shower and separate laundry with adjacent bathroom. Small cozy village with walking distance to ocean and bus stops. Super friendly community.
Small dryer for the laundry. Maybe one size larger for the moist months to handle laundry.

I was surprised with the rooms as i did not expect the rooms to be spacious, comfortable and mostly suitable for traveling families. It was indeed a great experience for us as a family and definitely will be back.
