Lovely stay fantastic rooms and views
The pool was far far to shallow to swim, please add another foot of water as the sides were plenty high enough to fill the pool. I couldnt turn around whilst swimming and felt I was getting beached, bashing my knees and toes as a I swam to the shallow end. It was approx 40 cm deep in the shallow end.
Otherwise I loved my stay, food was great. Room comfy, staff polite.
One thing which would also help would be to label the floors inside each lift, I wasn't sure where breakfast, pool, reception etc were.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance to the city centre pubs clubs. I also had no issues with car parking or EV charging. Some reports of car park been tight although i drive a polestar 3 and no problem.
Ev charger worked well but as standard expensive at around 75p kwh and £50 deposit from card
rooms were a bit worn and and furniture well used. i had issues with my mattress with one side slopping due to many years of use and expected a better mattress. Slept towards the middle of the mattress but that said i had a good nights sleep

Friendly staff and helpful- the hotel was lovely
The room was dated and upgraded to executive and had no slippers nor dressing gowns. Had to ask for the sheet to be changed as badly stained. The pillows were awful and had to ask for replacements which were also hard. The room was old and dated- had to ask for help with heating and a young girl came who didn’t know how use the display and the maintenance guy was t on shift so was cold as the cool air kept blowing in and heating didn’t work. The breakfast was cold and hard. Though good selection. The club lounge was very good though.
Had to ask for too many different requests in a few hours. Won’t be going back to that hotel though the staff were lovely.
