What a fantastic team. We had a fabulous welcome, there was a slight issue with our room (with a smart shower) which was dealt with immediately. I was impressed by their approach.
We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant - both were delicious and the service was brilliant (as was the wine list).
The rooms were spotless and it was very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Nice location with a great breakfast
no plug points by the bed, a lamp that didn’t work and the heating came on in the morning making it too hot.

Breakfast was delicious
The bathroom in our room was very dated and not cleaned very well.
Shower curtain is stained and could do with replacing.
Bath panel broken by sink.
