Very friendly and welcoming receptionist, thank you! Fresh linen and a great location with ample paid parking.
The room wasn’t very clean with obvious dirty spill marks unwiped. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom (or it wasn’t working). Comparing like for like, for the same price we’ve stayed in cleaner rooms with net curtains for privacy, USB charging ports for devices and cheaper parking fees (£4). A member of staff walked away from the reception after serving the guest in front of me while I was waiting to check out, leaving me waiting for a complex checkout being handled by another staff member to conclude first (15 minutes just to return my keys) when she could have assisted me in a minute to give her my room number.

Room was good.
Shower compromised by poorly positioned shower curtain.
