The staff here were friendly and helpful. When there was an issue and we needed a room change, a member of staff escorted us and checked that everything was to our satisfaction. Although the hotel looks a little tired, the beds were excellent and our rooms were spotlessly clean.
We were given keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Actually made us sympathise with the hotel seeing the state that some people leave hotel rooms in. But we were quickly moved and the staff were sincerely apologetic

The hotel was lovely. Very comfortable and the lady at check in (freyah) was so friendly and helpful she instantly made us feel at ease

No facilities but informed could sit in lounge and bring own drink etc. Bedding clean.
Shower could not turn on. Toilet bin had not been emptied. No wall hand rail in bath. Dated and could do with clean up outside and redecorate
