Breakfast was cooked exactly as requested both mornings with dippy eggs. Room had plenty of storage and the bathroom was bigger than expected. ALL the Staff were amazing and extremely helpful, there was not one that didn't appear not to enjoy their work. Overall I had a very good stay.
These are tiny little nit picks but the window surrounds were rather unpleasant and the bathroom basin didn't hold the water. The plug wasn't seated in the hole very well and nothing I did stopped the water draining out fairly quickly.

All staff very friendly
In my room it looks like the cheap option to decorate or making good but clean and comfortable

Location great, the wedding we attended was beautiful & food evening before and at the wedding was delish
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the receptionist was rude when calling down for room service I was told this isn’t a thing (even though the leaflet in the room states it is) and was told when trying to order breakfast to our room we should come down and see how busy it is for our selves? And if we wanted room service we had to come down and order it??? Kinda defeats the object of room service 🤦🏻♀️
