Location was perfect for us - directly onto A11 but no traffic noise as rooms and building set. Ack off side road. Very friendly and helpful staff. The dinner was excellent
Very soft mattress was uncomfortable plus extremely hard pillows - 6 pillows provided and only one semi soft. Perhaps a mix of pillows would help

A really straightfoward experience, the staff were attentive and the rooms met our expectations. The restaurant in particular suprised us with how good it was and it was a relaxing way to spend the evening.
Parking was tight - we managed, but arriving a little later in the day meant there were only a 2 spaces left and they were not simple. Not the end of the world but I think I'd plan to be there a little earlier next time around.

Property exterior and communal bar/restaurant were very nice. Outdoor seating area was lovely in the sunshine. Within 15 minute walk to the town centre so great location. The bathroom was spacious and the bath was nice and wide.
The staff are lovely particularly the reception staff.
Beds are uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin. Every time the person above moved we could hear it all, including their snoring at night.
Rooms have a musty smell. Could do with an update.
