Lovely room with a cheeky little upgrade at no extra cost when we arrived. Location was so close to Theatre Royal, it was perfect!

Excellent budget hotel near Norwich town center , with a cooked breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable bed with nice bedding. Free parking on site is a great bonus. Return customer and will go back as we visit Norwich quite allot for family.
It is noisy , as you are on/near main junction for city center. Take some ear protection plugs or have an extra glass of wine and sleep through ;-). It didn't really bother us too much tbh

Our room didnt have a window felt like a dungeon! Was clean and nice but really missed a window and fresh air! Reception man wasnt very friendly bit grumpy

It was very disappointing but as we were only there for one night we put up with it
